David Bence

Mr. Bence joined the firm in 2008, after graduation from Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama. He is an Alabama native and was raised in Phenix City. Since joining the firm, his practice has been devoted exclusively to representing the rights of individuals in civil litigation. In his first few years at Slocumb Law Firm, David has recovered over $20 million for his clients. Today, his trial practice is focused primarily in areas of severe personal injury and wrongful death. While David enjoys handing cases throughout Alabama, he also routinely travels to other states to handle litigation in association with local counsel. Currently, he is involved in pending cases in Illinois, Georgia, Virginia, and South Carolina.
