Randolph Brickey, An Attorney In Our Washington D.C. Office
Randolph Brickey is an attorney in the Mike Slocumb Law Firm’s Washington D.C. office. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Mr. Brickey was a National Merit Scholar who graduated from Brandeis University, and thereafter spent several years working for the Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, D.C, before attending the University of Minnesota Law School. While in law school, Mr. Brickey served as the captain of his school’s International Law Moot Court term, clerked with the Sherburne County Public Defender’s Office, was selected for an international law exchange program with Renmin University in Beijing, China, and received his school’s Book Award for his work on criminal law and theory.
Mr. Brickey moved back home to Northern Virginia after law school, working first for the Virginia Beach Public Defender’s Office, and later with private firms in Northern Virginia before joining the Mike Slocumb Law Firm in 2016. He has represented individuals in personal injury, domestic relations, criminal defense, business contracts, and tenant’s rights matters. He has appeared before dozens of district and circuit courts throughout Virginia, and before the Virginia Court of Appeals. Today, Mr. Brickey focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability, and wrongful death litigation.
