Carson Hale is an attorney at the Mike Slocumb Law Firm’s Alabama office, located in Auburn. He focuses his practice on personal injury cases, including complex claims involving car accidents, slip and falls, and other negligence-based matters. Detail-oriented and highly competitive, Mr. Hale is a zealous advocate for his clients, fighting tirelessly for the full, fair compensation they are owed.
Mr. Hale grew up in Mobile, Alabama, where he attended St. Paul’s Episcopal School. Throughout high school, he participated in varsity track and football on teams that won several state championships. He went on to earn his B.S.B.A. in Accountancy at Auburn University, graduating cum laude, before receiving his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law.
For Mr. Hale, every case is a new opportunity and a new challenge. He understands that what worked on one case will not necessarily work on another; rather than a cookie-cutter approach, he takes the time to learn about his clients’ unique situations and develops innovative, customized legal strategies tailored to each individual case. Mr. Hale is admitted to the Alabama State Bar; the U.S. District Court, Middle Alabama; the U.S. District Court, Southern Alabama; the U.S. District Court, Northern Alabama; the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Middle Alabama; the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern Alabama; and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern Alabama. He is a member of the Lee County Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Section.
Having grown up near the Gulf Coast, Mr. Hale enjoys fishing and participating in water sports at the area’s numerous beaches and nearby rivers. He is also an avid sports fan and particularly enjoys football.
