Joshua Johnson

Joshua D. Johnson is a trial lawyer. Over the course of his career, Josh has tried more than 100 cases to verdict. Josh began his legal career in Chicago, litigating personal injury cases and other matters before moving to Boise, Idaho. After more than a decade in private practice in Idaho, Josh joined the Oregon Department of Justice, where he represented the State of Oregon in child abuse and neglect cases.

In furtherance of his call to assist individuals, Josh has returned to private practice to be able to obtain justice for individuals who have been hurt by the negligence of others. Clients value Josh’s ability to evaluate cases early, prepare them thoroughly, and move them efficiently toward resolution, while remaining fully prepared to try cases when his clients are not being treated fairly.

Josh earned his J.D. from The University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where he served as a staff editor on Law Review. In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying the outdoors.
