Darold A. Mathews

Darold Mathews is an attorney at our Birmingham, Alabama office, where he represents clients in personal injury litigation involving motor vehicle accidents, workers’ compensation, and wrongful death, as well as collections law matters. Bringing more than 20 years of experience to his practice, Mr. Mathews has a long and proven track record of success, as well as a demonstrated commitment to going the extra mile for his clients.

Mr. Mathews grew up in Centerville, Alabama, where he attended Cahawba Christian Academy before going on to earn his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama in 1990. He then went on to obtain his J.D. from Birmingham School of Law, where he served as Vice Chancellor for the SDK fraternity.

From a young age, Mr. Mathews has always enjoyed standing up for those who are unable to stand up for themselves. He is passionate about helping those struggling with devastating injuries and life-altering losses fight for the full, fair compensation they are owed and does everything possible to ensure the best possible outcomes on behalf of his clients.

Mr. Mathews is admitted to the Alabama State Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. He is also a member of the Brent United Methodist Church and, in his free time, enjoys traveling with his family, watching baseball, and hunting.
